Deleting your account

There isn't a self-serve delete button yet. To close your account, contact support while signed in (or from the Google email on the account) and say you want it deleted.

What happens

• Your burns, recordings, transcripts and reports are removed.
• Personal data is deleted within 30 days. Purchase records that we're required to keep for tax or fraud-prevention purposes are retained.
• Unused credits within 14 days of purchase can be refunded first; ask in the same message. Older unused credits are forfeited when the account is deleted.
• Reviewer accounts: Heat, badges and unspent credits earned through Heat are deleted with the account; there is no cash balance to settle.
