What's your refund policy?
Bad burn? Replaced free. Unused credits? Refunded within 14 days, no questions. Used credits are non-refundable because a real person already did the work. The $5 AI Fire Score is refunded automatically if the audit fails.
Bad burn
Reject it from the burn page and a replacement is created free. This is the guarantee on every pack and it doesn't use a credit.
Unused credits
Refunded within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact support with the email on your account; we refund to the original payment method via Stripe.
Used credits
Non-refundable. A real person recorded the burn and is paid for it. If the burn was bad, reject it for a free replacement instead.
$5 AI Fire Score
Refunded automatically if the audit fails to run. You'll get an email when that happens.
