Your data and privacy
Recordings are visible only to you and are never used for marketing without your written permission. Reviewers agree to confidentiality before every burn and see only your first name.
Who sees what
- You see everything on your burns: video, transcript, notes, scores.
- The reviewer sees your URL, brief and first name — never your email or full name.
- BurnTest staff can view burns to run the platform, handle support and check quality.
- Nobody else. Recordings are never used in marketing without your written permission.
AI processing
Transcription and scoring run through our AI provider on the recording and your page's public HTML. They're used to produce your results, not to train models on your data.
Deleting
You can delete any recording from your dashboard at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud-prevention purposes. See Deleting your account.
