Signing in with Google
BurnTest uses Google sign-in only. No passwords to remember. One Google account = one BurnTest account, with the same login for the client dashboard and the reviewer area.
Signing in
Click Log in, pick your Google account, and you're in. There is no separate password. Sessions last 30 days on that browser.
One account, two areas
The same login opens your client dashboard (/dashboard) and, if you've applied as a reviewer, the reviewer area (/review). Credits, burns and reviewer Heat are all tied to that one Google account.
Common problems
- "Can't sign in" — make sure pop-ups aren't blocked and that you're choosing the same Google account you used before. A different Google account creates a different BurnTest account.
- Wrong email on the account — the email comes from Google. To move your burns and credits to a different Google account, contact support.
- No password reset — there's nothing to reset; recover your Google account with Google.
