Downloading a copy of your data

1. 1Open Account (clients: /dashboard/account · reviewers: /review/profile).
2. 2Click Download my data. The file (burntest-data-<date>.json) is built on the spot and downloads straight away.

What's in it

• profile: name, email, role, sign-up and last-login dates, marketing choice.
• reviewer_profile and badges, if you review.
• burns you ordered: URL, brief, status, scores, transcript, AI findings, notes, and links to the recordings. burns_reviewed: the ones you recorded for others (status, rating, your notes).
• ad_burns, ad_ratings, insight_reports, fire_scores.
• credits: current balance and every ledger line. purchases: pack, amount, date.
• heat_events: every Heat change with its reason.
• support_tickets with their messages. referrals you sent and, if someone referred you, that link.
• events_summary: a count of each kind of event we logged for your account (page views, burn created, checkout started…), not the raw rows.
• consent: your current cookie choice. account_actions: exports, deactivations and reactivations on the account.

It's plain JSON, readable in any text editor. Recording links inside the file work while the account exists.
