Cancelling a burn
You can cancel a burn while it's still waiting for a reviewer and the credit returns to your balance. Once it's claimed, it can't be cancelled from the dashboard.
Submitted the wrong URL or changed your mind? Open the burn and use Cancel while its status is still "Waiting for human reviewer". The credit goes straight back to your balance (unless the burn was a free replacement, in which case there's nothing to refund).
Once a reviewer has claimed the burn they may already be recording, so cancelling is no longer available on the page. If you genuinely need it stopped, contact support with the burn number right away and we'll sort it out with the reviewer.
