Rating a reviewer

Once a burn is approved you can rate it from 1 to 5 on the burn page. Rate the recording, not your website: a 5 means the reviewer was attentive, talked the whole time, followed the brief and told you something useful.

Why it matters

• Your rating multiplies the reviewer's Heat for that burn: 5 stars is worth 40% more than 3, 1 star 40% less. Reviewers who reach Blaze (750 Heat) show as Elite.
• Once you've approved a few burns of the same page, you can mark one as your most useful burn. It's one per page and gives that reviewer the Sharp Eye badge.
• A rolling average under 3.5 over the last 10 burns puts a reviewer in a 7-day cooldown where burns earn nothing.

Ratings are private to you and the platform; reviewers see their average, not who gave what.
