Receipts and invoices
Your purchase history and credit ledger are on the Billing page. Stripe handles the payment itself; for a formal invoice or a receipt with your company details, contact support.
In the dashboard
Billing lists every pack you've bought (date, pack, amount) and the credit ledger underneath: purchases, credits used per burn, refunds from cancellations, and any credits granted by support.
Receipts
Stripe processes the charge, and the checkout uses the email on your BurnTest account. If you need a receipt or invoice with a company name, address or tax ID on it, contact support with the details and the purchase date and we'll send one.
