What is Insider and how do I get it?

Insider is a reviewer tier you get for following BurnTest everywhere, not for burns. Follow @burntestux on all three of Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, confirm each on the Become an Insider card (on your welcome page and your Heat page), and you get:

• a one-time Heat bonus (the card shows the current amount; it's +25 by default),
• the Insider badge on your Heat page, and
• priority access: you see new burns during their first 30 minutes, the window that is otherwise Flame and above. Your level doesn't change; the perk sits alongside it.

You need to have passed your practice burn first: the card records your follows before that, but Insider is granted once you're an active reviewer. No money is involved, as with every reviewer reward.

The honor system

We can't see who follows a page, so the claim is your word. If a claim turns out not to be real, or the follows are undone, BurnTest removes the perk, the badge and the bonus Heat (the reason shows on the card and in your Heat history). One Insider per account and per device: a second account from the same device gets its follows recorded but no reward, with a note to contact support if that's a mistake.

Clients get a free burn credit for the same follows: see How do I get a free burn for following BurnTest?. If you're both, you can claim each side once.
