Sixteen milestone badges, each a one-time Heat bonus: first burn, 10/25/50/100/250/500 approved burns, five 5★ in a row, Sharp Eye, Night Owl, Mobile Specialist, Niche Expert, Speed Demon, Marathon, Founding Reviewer and Founding Wildfire.
Badges are on your Heat page: earned ones lit, locked ones greyed with how to earn them. Each grants Heat once.
- First burn (+5) — first approved burn
- Ten deep / Quarter century / Fifty / Centurion / 250 club / Five hundred (+10 / +15 / +25 / +50 / +100 / +200) — approved-burn milestones
- Five for five (+20) — five consecutive 5★ ratings
- Sharp eye (+15) — an owner marks your burn as their most useful burn of that page
- Night owl (+5) — 10 burns submitted between 22:00 and 05:00 (your region's time)
- Mobile specialist (+15) — 25 approved mobile burns
- Niche expert (+15) — 20 approved burns for the same audience niche
- Speed demon (+10) — 20 burns submitted within 2 hours of claiming
- Marathon (+10) — 5 approved burns submitted in one day
- Founding reviewer (+25) — one of the first 50 reviewers to reach Ember
- Founding Wildfire — reach Wildfire in 2026. Permanent, no Heat, pure bragging rights.
Badges are checked after every approval and once a week. You get at most one badge email a day; it lists everything earned since the last one.
