How does it work, step by step?
1) Paste your URL, choose desktop or mobile, and describe your ideal customer. 2) We match your site to vetted reviewers who fit that profile. 3) Each reviewer records their screen and voice as they try to use your site. 4) Within 24–48 hours you get every recording, transcript, and — on 3 or more burns — an AI synthesis that ranks what to fix first.
1. Submit
Paste a public URL, choose desktop or mobile, describe your ideal customer, give the reviewer one task, and ask one closing question. One credit is spent per burn.
2. A reviewer claims it
Active reviewers see your burn in their queue (filtered by any targeting you set). Once someone claims it you get an email; they usually record within hours.
3. They record
The reviewer records screen + microphone while using your site, then writes their notes and uploads. Recordings are at least two minutes.
4. You watch and decide
You get an email when the recording lands. Watch it, read the transcript, then approve (which gives the reviewer Heat, their reputation score) or reject (which creates a free replacement). We ask you to decide within 48 hours so reviewers get their Heat promptly.
5. AI does the reading
Transcription and the Fire Score usually finish 2–5 minutes after upload. With three or more approved burns of the same URL you can generate an Insight Report from the Reports page.
